The carrier oil makes all the difference: Why pure C8-MCT?

Standard CBD oils frequently rely on ordinary hemp seed oil (bitter taste) or generic MCT blends with high amounts of C10 and C12. For KAMI, we exclusively use purified C8-MCT (Caprylic Acid):

• Maximum Bioavailability: C8 is the most valuable and shortest-chain fatty acid among medium-chain triglycerides. The body metabolizes it exceptionally fast to deliver highly concentrated fat-soluble cannabinoids straight to where they are needed.
• Mild & Smooth: Even at this maximum concentration of 35%, the premium carrier oil ensures a remarkably smooth texture without bitter burning.
• Why more elaborate and premium? Pure C8 is extracted through an extensive fractional distillation process from coconut oil. Only a small fraction of pure C8 can be obtained from raw oil. This difference in manufacturing reflects in the raw ingredient cost – but pays off distinctly in purity and absorption.
